Delivery and Returns Policy

Tanteri uses several couriers as well as PT. Pos Indonesia, DHL, JNE, and MSA Cargo ensure your order’s most effective delivery anywhere in Indonesia. International shipping by DHL and Large Volume by MSA Cargo. Delivery time is usually from 5 to 10 working days from the payment date, depending on stock availability and your location.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can cancel your order within seven days of receiving your goods. You must notify Tanteri within seven days of receipt by one of the following means: in writing to Consumer Services, Tanteri by email to [email protected] or by telephone on +62 812 3833 975.

We will then advise you on how to return the goods to reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take good care of the goods while in your possession, that they are unused and returned to us with barcodes still attached and in the original packaging.

If you wish to return goods,  you will be required to pay the return delivery charges. We will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge.
